I have over 20 years of experience developing software applications for business.

The three tenets that I work by are:

• Pragmatism - It's important to listen and understand the customer's needs and take a logical, practical view of there requirements before implementing anything.
  
• Openness - Bad news never gets better with age. I believe in open honest communication throughout an organization.
  
• Quality - Every application I build is designed and implemented from the ground up with quality in mind. I follow best practices such as rigorous software testing and Test-Driven Development.
